After losing 17lbs, I spent the last week eating like shit. I kind of felt out of the wagon and gained 2lbs back.
I’m at 15 lbs lost, 65 lbs to go.
I have to get back on track this week!
Good thing is, my boyfriend just made a MyFitnessPal account. I hope we can motivate each others… I don’t put all the blame on him, but he doesn’t eat well, and always ask for unhealthy food. I don’t mind a day of unhealthy food, but when you’re trying to lose weight, a week of unhealthy food is not OK. He has 20-25lbs to lose, I hope it’ll motivate me to take care of myself and him at the same time.
This week, I hope I’ll have a lot of salads. The weather is way too warm and it doesn’t make me want to cook anything.
